Application Design
The Admin control system for both gO-mobilE and gO-mobilE Plus is designed to manage the communication between the two application. This system isn’t only cost effective, over the course of time it drastically minimizes the expenses of an education system by cutting the cost of telephone calls, cost of printing reports cards, calendars, and assignments and so on. This technology is making our school management easier. It creates a seamless relationship between the school, the teachers and the parents.
We know that parenting is a very hard job. While a parent tries to maintain their professional and personal lives, it can be difficult to manage everything with ease. We want to ease this task by helping parents to stay up-to-date with their children’s progress, activities and education. With gO-mobilE you can easily access all your child’s reports, assignments, progress reports and recreational activities organized by the school. We will also send you constant reminders and notify you if anything important comes up. You can be a part of your child’s daily school lives with the help of gO-mobilE. We promise to keep you connected.
We have created a platform to bridge the communication gap between parents and teachers which is, otherwise, limited to planned meetings. These meeting may be limited due to time restraints, work restrains and other situations. Interaction and communication with gO-mobilE Plus is not only convenient, feasible but allows teachers to communicate with ease and convey update student reports. This medium can also be use by the school to pass vital information to all connected teachers only

This feature displays the timeline of events, gallery, videos and notifications
Calendar
The Calendar feature helps parents to know all the activities the school intends to implement every month.
Events
For event planning purposes, it is always very important to involve parents in schools events. This feature is to notify, prepare and enable parents to plan ahead and partake upcoming school events .
Notification
The notification feature sends reminders and other emergency alerts to parents to keep them in the loop of things.
School Bus Routes
There are times when school buses don't come to pickup the students early from home or drop them off early. Such situations can get parents worried! This feature app enable parents to call the school bus driver's through the app without having to save his number on their contact list and also see the the routes, pickup and drop-off times.
Timetable
WHAT DID YOU DO IN SCHOOL TODAY? is the first question parents ask their kids when they get back from school! It is very important for parents to know what the study schedule of their children is like in school. This feature allows parents to conveniently view both class and exam timetables.
Assignment
Most times parents hardly have time to sit with their kids to do their assignments or even know what the assignment is all about. The Assignment feature allows the parent to know the details of the assignment and assist their kids. This creates a better relationship between parents and their children
Daily communication
The Daily Communication Feature eliminates communication book. This platform allows the teachers to parent communication daily.
Downloads
This feature gives parent access to soft copies of documents uplaoded by the school. These documents type are Powerpoint, Excel, Pdf, Word and Zipped folders.
Report Card
This Report Card feature helps parent keep track of their children performances.
Absent Note
There are times when students fall ill, need rest or travel. With this feature parents can send in a note of their child's absence to notify both the school and the class teacher of the student. The absent note feature covers Reason for absence, Time of absence and Time of Resumption.
Suggestion
This feature is for parent to lay complaints or add suggestions regarding the school management
Gallery
Most times pictures speaks louder and faster than words. It will be interesting for parents to see the pictures of events they missed out in due to work or other important reasons. The gallery feature enable parents view pictorial images of school events.
Videos
Unlike the gallery feature, the video feature gives the parents a feel of presence in the events they missed.
